Newman University is based in the Bartley Green area of Birmingham.  The University was founded in 1968 and started off mainly as a teacher training college.  It now offers a wide range of degree courses in different subjects.  Newman is a campus University, which means that all the teaching rooms, student accommodation and facilities are based on the same site.
